Dear Merchant or Sponsor:

The Hudson Bay Mountain Resort is hosting the 27th Annual Schuss Boomer Downhill Race to assist in fund raising for the Smithers Ski Club. We invite you to support our organization by donating prizes for this event.

The Smithers Ski Club is a non-profit organization that benefits from the proceeds of this fundraiser. The funds are used to support the Nancy Greene and Juvenile Alpine Racing program.

The race will be held on March 12, 2011 on Twinkletoes. The race is open to all skiers and boarders, from racers to recreational skiers, young and old alike. Prize presentations and auction will be held after the race in Whiskey Jack Lounge at the upper lodge at Hudson Bay Mountain Resort at approximately 4:00 pm. Many of the prizes will be used in a silent auction and raffle.

Any prizes donated will be picked up by a representative of the ski club prior to March 1, 2011. Your support of our ski club is appreciated. To show our appreciation any donations valued over $200 and donated before February 17, 2001, the donating business will have their names listed on the complimentary t-shirt that all racers receive.

You are invited to participate in the race, come as an onlooker or attend the awards ceremony and fundraiser.

The Smithers Ski Club greatly appreciates the donations and the support we receive from the community and its members. Without your support we would not be able to succeed as a club, and we are very thankful to have a community who supports us.
